The Curragh Light Mask has a replaceable battery. Battery life if 4 months. The light is on for 7hrs per day (7pm -11pm).

The Cashel Light Mask has a rechargeable battery. It requires charging every 7 days. The light is on for 15 hours per day (8am- 11pm). 

The Equilume blue light Mask is commonly used for Breeding and maintaining a summer coat. It is also said to improve stallion Breeding, and condition of your performance horses.

For breeding it should be fitted for 70 days prior to your mares first cover. For maintaining your horses summer coat it should be fitted at the end of January no later than February for best results.
