Standard Stable Panels – Mandemar NSW

Nestled off the beaten track, but not too far away lies this bespoke newly built horse barn that has been fitted out with DoWell Equine professionally built horse stables in Black PE Boards and Hot Dip Galvanised Steel.

They have a clean sleek look are easy to maintain with sliding doors that are positively tracked, with an enclosed rail that is fitted the entire length of the stable front to improve the overall asthetics of the build. The materials used in the stable build are chosen so that there are no ongoing maintenance required (painting, laquering etc), and are easy to clean.  

This barn was purpose designed and built for the client by the builder. DoWell Equine supplied the stable panels to complete the shed fit out. The Panels supplied were:

4 x 4000mm Standard Front Stable Panels with Black PE Boards including the option of a window in the door. This enables you to have more contact with your horses when you are in the breezeway, but also allows you to shut them behind bars when required.

2 x 4000mm Dividing Stable Panels

4 x Heavy Duty Rug Rails 

The customer chose to have the builders line the shed walls with ply, and also supply the day yard doors.

DoWell Equine stable panels are fully welded and hot galvanised dipped to protect the steel from corrosion. We use round bars that are safely spaced to deflect the energy of a horses kick and prevent penetration and a leg getting caught. We also use a custom steel profile to minimise the use of screws in the stables, meaning there is none to come loose overtime that may get lost in the stable bedding.  The stable infill of choice is Recycled PE Board, which not only environmentally friendly but is impervious to pests, diseases and will not rot or deteriorate.

The materials used in making DoWell Equine horse stables offer a low maintenance stable solution that have a low lifetime cost, that are sure to look good for many years. Even tje sliding doors are adjustable allowing for easy adjustment should this be required in the future.
